Telrad Connegy's IP-Net Voice Gateway allows the use of standard IP networks to interconnect servers at different locations. Our IP Net Gateway eliminates the need for costly dedicated T1 voice networks previously required to interconnect systems.

The Helix is Telrad Connegy’s fully integrated Voice over IP remote office solution.

By simply connecting a Helix Gateway between any existing Telrad Connegy Avanti station and the public Internet or an enterprise’s intranet, remote offices become connected to – and fully integrated into – a centralized Telrad Connegy UNITe IP deployment.

When connected to a Helix gateway, the remote Avanti stations operate identically to those stations located within the centralized platform, with full access to all of the advanced features of the main UNITe IP system. These features include DSS/BLF, ACD agent and supervisor, System Speed Dial, station toll restriction, and Least Cost Routing.

Helix also reduces the cost of networking remote branch offices. Until now, connecting multiple branch offices together required the purchase of a complete PBX system, stations, networking interface cards, and a point-to-point digital connection for each remote site.
